There are few things I enjoy more than solving problems, especially when it helps someone in some capacity. My focus is on providing the best quality work with positivity, care, and kindness. Below is a list of work that I’ve done before, but if you need something done that isn’t on the list, please feel free to ask me! Pricing
In the interest of transparency, I believe clients should know the exact formula that is used to calculate the total price of their project. My standard rate is $50/hr + the cost of materials + $20 transportation fee.
When contracting for work, there are two options:
I will visit and evaluate the job, and then send an estimate as soon as possible. If that is agreed upon, I will perform the work. When the work is done, I will compare the estimated time to the actual work time. If the actual work time is less than the estimated work time, I will adjust the final cost down accordingly. If the actual work time is more than the estimated time, I will use the estimated time for the final cost (unless there is a reasonable change in the job after work has begun that would result in more work time being expected).
If a more expedient process is desired, I can begin work without estimating the cost and keep track of the costs of time and materials as they are incurred.
